Our COVID Prevention Guidelines
In-Store Guidelines:
- Customers are required to sanitize or wear gloves upon entering
- As required by Executive Order, all customers must wear face masks to enter
- As required by Executive Order, the capacity is limited to 25%, allowing 3 customers to be in the store at a time
- Only non-porous testers are displayed
- Testers are cleaned frequently throughout the day
- Staff are required to sanitize or wash hands frequently
- Staff are required to wear masks in the store throughout their entire shift
- Staff feeling unwell are required to stay home
Delivery/Shipping Guidelines:
- Staff are required to wash hands/sanitize before packing orders
- Any items that can be fulfilled in their full packaging are sent in full packaging
- Items are pulled from overstock area when possible, away from main store area
- Staff are required to wear masks when completing porch-drop offs
