Photo Release Form

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and am submitting these photos voluntarily. 

I hereby grant WINKWINK permission to use my submitted image for the Normal Nudes Photo Project and November Art Walk. 

I agree that WINKWINK has complete ownership of such pictures, etc.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation, etc for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release and hold harmless WINKWINK and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

I have read and understood this consent and release.
