Refund policy
For pretty obvious reasons, most sales are final.
TWO EXCEPTIONS:
- Clearly defective toys may be exchanged for a working one.
- Unworn apparel (lingerie, binders, etc.) with attached tags may be exchanged or returned.
All returns/exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. Items on sale are final sale.
Most electrical items have warranties with their manufacturers. Please check the "Returns/Warranty" tab on your item's listing for information on your item's warranty or contact us if you have a warranty question.
